Peter and the whole team are, without a doubt, proficient and professional in every regard. On multiple occasions Peter went beyond responsibilities to manage challenges between solicitors, keeping us well informed.

I’ve been a very happy client of Tennison property for 7 years - first as a landlord and more recently as a seller. Tennison has unparalleled local knowledge and operates with the highest level of integrity and great client service, which means doing what’s right for both sides - and saying it as it is - even if it’s not what you want to hear. They have been able to secure great tenants and rent levels in line with the market and I’ve had a total of ~10 days without tenants over the 7 years. I recently decided to sell the property, and the sales team turned out to be just as competent - they helped find a buyer in a tricky market - within the timescales I was looking for and have been super supportive and responsive throughout the sales process. Tennison is a great choice if you rate genuinely local knowledge over lofty rent/sales price promises and glossy brochures (although their advertising material is great too!). Big thank you to the team - and in particular Mohammad, Abby and Aubrey.

Pros.
Good properties and the right price. Very professional and helpful.
In their hand your are safe. We would recommend to anyone.
Good prices, rather cheap in compassion with other agencies.
Cons
Professional cleaning for check out is mandatory. However, the property was very clean on check in so I guess is fair.
Advice from our experience
Be careful to discuss in time the extension of your agreement(if you wish so), so you don't put yourself in a weak position with the landlord. Landlords will try to rip you off there is no doubt about that.
Be careful on what company you select for check out professional cleaning, they are rather expensive and dismissive knowing that you must take them on board.

I wanted to take one bedroom flat from them and one guy Mohammed told me that I can have it and after that day no one called me as they said they need to arrange a meeting between me and the landlord. No phone call, no email, nothing. It's been almost one week and no response. Do I really have to call 100 times to say that I want to take a place? No thank you, I don't want it anymore. I took a day off so I can meet with the landlord and still, absolutely no answer. Very unprofessional, you've just lost a client. And I just wasted my time.

The team at Tennisons have been managing our flat for years now and when we decided to sell it we put it on with Tennisons and 2 other much larger national agents. Tennisons were so helpful and of course got the sale in a tricky market after Beexit, the other large companies failed to secure a buyer.
i strongly recommend dealing with Tennison's for both rental and Sales. Mohammed and Angela are so helpful.

After managing our property for 8 years we then decided to sell and engaged Tennison to be the agent. Mohammad went over and above what should ever be expected of an estate agent and handled the sale in a highly professional and engaging manner. It turned into a lengthy sale process and Mohammad was always at the end of the phone with advice and assistance.
