After living for 3+ years at One Tower Bridge, I have to admit that the level of service by Knight Frank to tenants is not acceptable. It's not even about weeks-long turnaround time for any fixture (even a simple replacement of door handle) or uncaring mangers who leave emails without response for days until you ping them explicitly. I've been swallowing this all and managed to avoid communicating with them unless absolutely necessary. However my last straw happened when a manager of One Tower Bridge sent me a notice about rules regarding balcony usage, which were not part of my lease agreement. The manager said that these rules are in landlord's lease agreement, and I'm bound by those too. To my utter surprise, I never heard of this document previously from Knight Frank reps, which means they concealed a legal agreement from me as tenant, and I'm not even aware what other things are prescribed in that doc. Last two weeks I spent waiting for my KF's property manager to "chase" my landlord to get that agreement to share it with me. Given the amount of time I've spent in this property without knowing of the existence of this extra agreement, it's clearly a violation of my rights as a tenant and a gross illustration of treatment you're gonna get as a tenant if you choose this agent :(... The best service than other agents I’ve dealt with by far from Knight Frank and specifically Freddie Harries. He has managed to arrange the viewing for me at a short notice, very quick, and after working hours and even provided me with the contact details for the vendor as the viewing was on Saturday, very efficient and professional . Rubbish. Fake listings to make applicants call and take their details. When you call, they tell you "the property just got an offer accepted", "the property was let yesterday", etc. This is why letting agents should be highly regulated. They get away with everything and make you pay for it. Same with Dexter at Tower Bridge, full of "not available" but listed as available properties. Good luck to find anything.... Read more

We have been quite pleased with our experience with Phillip D. as our property manager for the past 2 years at Knight Frank. He has brought up any tenant issues promptly, and has worked diligently to resolve them. He is also very responsive on any issues we bring up. In terms of renewing the rental agreements, the team has always been on top of things, reaching out to current tenants way in advance of any deadlines and getting the paperwork completed in a timely manner....
