After a complicated purchase (myself being the buyer), I can safely say that the sale would not have gone through without the constant support from Knight Frank. In particular, Luke Johnson (the estate agent who initially showed us around) and Kim Williamson (the sales Progressor) were outstanding. Luke was incredibly helpful, friendly and always on hand to ensure things went through smoothly (even calling me whilst on his annual leave to make sure that exchange went through ok). I recently bought a property in Wapping. The agent involved, Luke Johnson, couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.
As it was an probate sale, with remote vendors, Luke stepped up and ensured (as much as possible) a smooth transaction.

Rather than bring hundreds of prospective buyers round to the property Knight Frank produced a number of high quality marketing materials and focused instead on bringing the right people to the property. Those who visited the property were all serious and we had offers at or around asking price from almost all of them.
Following the acceptance of an offer, the professionalism of Knight Frank's team came through during agreement of terms. Kiran from the Canary Wharf branch was incredibly helpful throughout the process, providing support and assistance where necessary. This was greatly appreciated - particularly where discussions with the solicitors became tricky.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kiran Sandhu in the course of our recent home purchase. Kiran was always the ultimate professional, nothing we needed was too much trouble for him either out-of-hours or at short-notice. This was despite the fact of course that Kiran was acting for the Seller and not strictly for us as Purchasers. His approach however, as he put it, is: 'without happy buyers there wouldn't be any sellers'. His wealth of local area knowledge - and his perception in assessing which features would delight us - brought us rapid success in finding what is as near to our dream-home as was practically possible. However, having our offer accepted was only the start of the real work Kiran put in for us, and for his client: He was a huge asset in facilitating the legal process, doing everything he could to speed us towards exchange and completion of contract. I lost count of the times he turned out so we could re-visit our home-to-be so we could measure up and so on ... and especially to provide access for various people from plumbers to Surveyors - often without us even being present. Clearly we are delighted to heartily recommend Kiran to anyone whether buyer or seller of property.

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned.
Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle.
The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75.
Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.

They provided the tenancy agreement 3 days before the move-in date, despite we had chased them for a month (There seemed not to be anyone knowing our case with full knowledge.) Regarding the clauses we were not happy with, they simply just passed the messages back and forth between us and the landlord. All our requests were refused but we had to accept it because we couldn't find another flat in 3 days.
The administration was also a nightmare. They never revealed fees all at once (despite we chased several times) so we always found surprises. Very unresponsive, one simple question took them few days or longer to get back, with scattered answers. The worst was, they made mistakes on numbers, and failed to send through emails because they made typo on the address or had internet drop, etc.

Having just completed the sale of my house near Canary Wharf, I wholeheartedly recommend the team of Andrew Groocock, Kiran Sandhu and Michael Cohen. The house was accurately and beautifully represented in the marketing literature. My buyers were sure but slow to complete and the Knight Frank team, in particular Kiran, spent many hours on the phone during the last few days to ensure that each link in the chain kept to the task.

I regret to say this is very unprofessional for Knight Frank as a management of my property. The missing mattress was not reported on the proposed deposit deduction nor mentioned before the rental contract was signed.
Over 2 -months already still pending as of today 14 Oct 2016.

I have been renting a property for 6 years through KF Canary Wharf and have found the standard of service exceptional and definitely best of breed. Chris Paxton has been renewing my lease for the entire 6 year period and is extremely helpful and responsive to my sometimes difficult requests. All the staff however are willing to help and don't delay in get things fixed if anything goes wrong. Would highly recommend this real estate to anyone in who is looking to rent, buy or sell a property in the area.

Having bought and sold many properties over the years and having had to deal, on occasion, with not entirely ethical estate agents, it was refreshing to buy through Knight Frank, Canary Wharf, particularly with the excellent assistance of Kiran Sandhu.
Despite a very fast moving market, once my offer, below asking price, had been accepted, the deal was done and the property removed from the market.
Throughout the purchase process, Kiran's knowledge of the area, and particularly of the property I bought, was a great help.
Since the purchase, Kiran has kept in contact and been available to give further advice on the local property market.
