Had the worst experience ever whilst trying to reach out to the allotted agent and confirm a price and date to move in. Was mentioned during the viewing to put forth an offer price but was not heard back from even though I called Rashed back everyday when I got time off work. Have contacted so many property management agents who pursue you with a polite and marketing approach whereas with Rashed, only saw rude and neglectful behaviour. Was also yelled at on the phone for trying to reach out to him as I didn't hear back for a whole week. Would never recommend this company to anyone and it's just unfortunate when you find a good place you're eager to move into and willing to put in the effort to communicate consistently with when they don't really want to care about you or even get back to you to let you know that the landlord is not happy with the quoted offer. Lacked so much in professionalism and hospitality and just inappropriate behaviour with my so called agent who should have been willing to help me out and not just leave me by. (FOR THE REPLY BELOW BY THE OWNER - My offer that was held for me, my calls were not picked up and a friend of mine who reached out to the property listing was called up instantly instead. Rashed did not bother taking my texts and ignored my calls for more than a week, the 5 month tenancy was discussed previously during my visit to the property and also screamed at me on the phone when I kept trying to reach him to finalize the offer. But it's a good cover up on your end rather than seeking the customers out with their issues and understanding the problems with your staff.)... Read more

Bad, just so bad. Avoid at all costs. They worked on a property we wanted to rent in co-operation with a large, well known property management company and the service was so laborious, condescending and panicky that we had to pull our offer off the table due to the aggravation it was causing, even choosing to lose our deposit in the process to avoid dealing with unprofessional behaviour. No doubt they communicated to the landlord that the deal was cancelled for problems to do with the renter rather than problems with the agent. If you are looking to list your property with this company beware, their ineptitude will cost you time and money. Update: 5 years later I have only just seen a snarky review from the company below. The reason they do not have a record of my name is that I use an alias, to stop creepy companies from using threats when they get called out for bad service. Either way, your threat of calling Google on me achieved nothing.... Read more

This agency is poorly run and seems to have an agenda that benefits neither the customer nor the landlord. I attempted to rent a flat and, despite offering to pay the entire tenancy upfront, I was rejected without any real explanation. Their excuse? I’ve been self-employed for 15 years and recently incorporated my business into a limited company to optimize my taxes. They fixated on the fact that my company is new and used that as a reason to deny me the flat. Their lack of understanding about accounting and personal finances in today’s London market is astounding. They seem completely out of touch with modern financial realities and the flexibility required to deal with self-employed professionals. It’s also suspicious that all of their positive reviews appear to be from ghost accounts with little to no history. This raises questions about their credibility and how they conduct business. If you’re a customer or a landlord looking for a reliable, professional agency, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This agency’s narrow-minded approach and poor service will likely lead to more frustration than results. Kravens ? More like discrimination and frustration.... Read more

Never replies emails or picks up the phone unless they need something. Never checked if we needed any repairs/fixes throughout the tenancy. Every year increased the rent whilst the market was going down. I eventually reviewed the last draft contract and rejected it, seemed very annoyed that I will no longer reside there and found a 3 bedroom house for the same money he was trying to charge me for 1 bedroom apartment, eventually had to contact my previous landlord before Kravens to get a tenancy reference as they rejected my request of it. All in all, I would stay away from these guys if you value an outstanding customer service.... Read more
