1 star is definitely too much for the worst agency I've ever dealt with. 8 month of tenancy with them, not a single problem, nor a single damage to the flat and yet the most unprofessional unreasonable disrespectful agency ever. They will ignore if you have problem in the flat regardless of the problem, like an uncertified gas system in the flat. They will steal money from you for whatever reason, like almost 300f for the cleanings of a 48 square meters flat made by a young lady for less than 60 minutes to mention one. Coming to the deposit, they will tell you they need more time then expected to give it back to you. Still waiting, it’s been one month now, still not answering. Lastly, a special mention goes to Alan to prove that if he got a job, anyone can hope for one. Hopefully I'll never see and deal with you again.... Read more

By all means, avoid this agency. Property manager is rude and sarcastic, never fixes anything and does not care about the wellbeing of the tenant. I have talked with the landlord and another agency in my area and consider switching together. I have been injured while trying to fix something - to the property manager's indifference. There are many other good agents near bayswater, I have about 20 friends who chose someone else and all of them have an amazing relationship with their agents.... Read more

I spent 11 months househunting in West London and met agents from a dozen companies. None could compare to the service I received from Cavendish Rowe: no hard-sell tactics, only properties within my defined specs and budget were shown, complete disclosure upfront on any renovation or work needed (as opposed to having nasty surprises when the surveyor comes around). When I was worried about the extent of repairs that would be needed, the agent sourced contractors for me to talk to... all in all, I can't imagine going through the stressful experience that buying a property is with any of the other agents I met. And when the time comes to sell my property, I will be looking at doing it through Cavendish Rowe.... Read more
