The most unprofessional property agents ever! They are rubbish at pretty much everything they do. No help from them at all and the amount of distress and anxiety they cause is shocking. They don't follow or instruct their landlords on how to maintain septic tanks and they are in breach of the general binding rules set out for proper septic tank care or the safe disposal of septic waste. How they sleep at night is beyond me. I've been served a section 21 twice within 6 months because they are rubbish and have intentionally sabotaged us with a bad reference, so we can't move anyway. What a joke!!

I cannot praise the staff in Lane and Browns enough. When we found out we had to leave our rented home they managed to find us a new home to rent and made sure leaving our current home went smoothly. They were extremely supportive to my family and I. They are friendly and caring and very understanding and do all they can for you. Highly recommend.
