3rd Mar 2026 (18 days ago)I had a brilliant experience renting a property near the city centre thanks to "Sophie Copley". The entire process was incredibly efficient and professional; Sophie was always responsive to my queries and handled the contract preparation and signing with impressive speed. Her communication is precise and consistently helpful—I strongly recommend her! Since moving in, "Helen" has been managing the property and has been equally wonderful. Any issues I've reported have been handled promptly by professionals. Helen is a highly responsible and effective property manager. Great team overall!
13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)As first time buyers we first looked at houses with Connells, they were professional and knowledgeable on the properties. We had found another home with another estate agent but unfortunately that had fallen through last minute. So we start looking again. We found a lovely house with Connells, we were welcomed by Simon. He was very helpful. We told him our situation and once our offer was accepted he was keen to get us in quick. Any enquiries were quickly resolved and chased the seller if needed. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

8th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.- 25th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Michael helped us with our first mortgage ever and done a fantastic job. The process unfortunately took its time only due to other reasons but michael advised us all the best options and routes we could take and helped us stay patient and positive with the process. Jonathon combined excellent market knowledge with genuine care for our needs, and the communication of the entire team was always clear, timely and proactive. Jonathon’s friendliness, integrity and professionalism made all the difference. He set realistic expectations, advised us expertly on pricing and strategy, and his feedback and advice was constructive and well explained. Thanks to Vincent Shaw, the sale of our property completed smoothly and very quickly indeed. I cannot recommend Vincent Shaw highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable, savvy and personable estate agent!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)After viewing several properties in St Neots with various estate agents, Noonan Residential stood out as the best by far. While other agents were nice, none compared to how personable and transparent this team has been. ?The application moved incredibly quickly, and we found them to be completely honest throughout the process. Nikki has been excellent and we genuinely wish all estate agents were more like her. Highly recommended!

Email overload when it comes to starting or renewing your lease (I was contacted 3 months before the end of my tenancy pressuring me to renew). Otherwise like pulling teeth to get basic repairs agreed and the deposit refunded, no one ever gets back to you when you call and leave a message, most emails ignored. Update - And you can see from the response below how happy they are to publicly disclose private discussions. My review is generic and I did not refer to specific people or situations. Yes I didn't just threaten legal action but promised it if they didn't keep to the law, which they are possibly breaking again with their borderline libelous comments.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
