I can't thank Conrad Shaw (a staff member in Bedford office) enough for his steadfastness and resilience in the discharge of his duties. When hopes appeared to have dashed in securing an accommodation from other letting agencies, then I met Conrad Shaw. He would say to me and I quote "I can't see while you (i.e. me) should not get the accommodation". He was always positive and reassuring. He would reach out to notify of any development. You deserve more than 5 stars and every work places should have a Conrad Shaw. Thank you Mr Shaw, thank you Wilson Peacock From - John Ameh

The process is completely different than in the US, and thankfully we connected very early on with Melissa. She was wonderful! Her guidance, expertise and knowledge sharing were invaluable. We strongly recommend her.
3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)We chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). Throughout the process, Grant has kept us updated by both email and phone and has always responded promptly when we have needed to get in contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson St Neots to anyone intending to sell their house in the area.

Our situation was slightly unusual but Michael's knowledge and the advice he gave us were both excellent and ensured we applied for (and obtained) the right mortage for our situation. He was also very helpful with our questions - not just about mortgages but other house related topics such as NHBC, queries about survey wording etc. We highly recommend him.

In the end we bought via Taylor’s, but in the run up to the this has a great experience with Kayleigh Manning at Giggs & Co. Kayleigh really went above and beyond in helping us look for a property, and knew exactly what we were after once we gave her the details. She had great communication skills, even setting us a whatssap group to constantly keep us in the loop with properties within our price range. Despite not purchasing with her or the company, my partner and I would never hesitate to contact her again if buying of selling a house.

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

Jack listened to what we were looking for and a few weeks later, phoned to say I found the ideal property for you, and he had. We were then treated to the full Russell Killner Estate Agents treatment, apart from the necessary checks they did everything for us. Nothing is too much trouble for Russell or Jack and I have no problem recommending them Very, Very Impressed. Good luck to you both, keep doing what you’re doing and have a Happy New Year.

5th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I’ve been renting with Lovett coming up to two years now. I write this review keeping in mind that I don’t work for a letting agency and I wouldn’t know how things are done or how complicated their work could be. So far, I think Lovett has been fairly reasonable and responsive to my concerns, especially Graham. During my property flooding, Lovett has been very quick with their actions. With their quick communication with myself and my amazing landlord, they made sure I’ve got a temporary accommodation and fairly a safe environment and compensatory measures until the property had been taken care of. When asked, a lady at the front desk has been quick to put a notice on my letterbox so the postmen wouldn’t out any letters due to internal flooding. Property inspector, Cheriee, is an amazing lady with a friendly approach every time she visits to inspect the property. She gives plenty of notice before the visit and also reminders. Overall it’s been good and I hope it stays the same.

At no point did I not think he wouldn’t do what was right by me and also the buyer. His knowledge of the market and legal matters were particularly helpful too. James really cares about his clients and this is invaluable when going through something as big and often as stressful as trying to sell or buy a house.
