That is totally false statement by Nicole , There was no issues with HMO OR Council . Alarm went faulty and somebody phoned the council instead of us and we got the Alarm resolved immediately.secondly even though Nicole, below did not give us full two months and vacated 2 weeks early , due to her circumstances we still refunded her full deposit within agreed time scale. I really do not understand why she Writing false info. if she has any proof . please supply it. we know she cannot as there was no such situation. this is 6 bedroom house and no body else had any issues while she was living there. To anyone contemplating using this company to rent your property or to rent a property though them I strongly urge you to reconsider. I was renting a property with them for 6 months, 6 months of hell. Just to name a few things, their communication with us regarding repairs to the property was poor, they would show up randomly and let themselves into the house without written warning, they made "rules" about no drinking in the common areas and to top it all off we were nearly evicted as our house was not appropriately equipt with fire door and fire alarms. When the fire department stormed into our house on a Sunday afternoon demanding we leave without having any where for us to go and, as usual, our agents where complely uncontactable. After several hours of trying to get hold of someone, their response to us was that it was "not an emergency and to not call this number again". Having spent 6 months in one of their properties and almost sending them to court to get my bond back I am glad to see the end of them. I cannot stress this enough!!
