Laurel & Wylde have a fabulous selection of homes on their books and the team were welcoming and helpful. When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was proactive in helping us get to completion. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend L&W when searching for your next property. Thank you all we are very grateful.

Nick Puddy and his wonderful team make the selling process an enjoyable, stress free one for the following reasons: From the friendly, professional first telephone conversation we had asking for a valuation; The actual valuation with the very talented and enthusiastic Nick; The very talented, professional photographer Wendy taking gorgeous photos (and Nick's fab drone shots); The speed, care and skill of producing the sales details and getting them live the same day; The keeping us up to date and answering all our questions, even outside normal office hours, via WhatsApp;
The wonderful, friendly, professional and knowledgable Val and Tina who accompanied the viewings; Liasing between us and the prospective buyer to an offer being accepted. I could go on and on with praise but suffice to say, in all my years (and there are plenty) of buying and selling properties, Laurel & Wylde are the Estate Agents all the others should aspire to be.

An estate agents that goes above and beyond, extremely prompt and professional. It was no hassle arranging a viewing of our now first home and all communication was super friendly and fast. Chris was fantastic and helped us get our offer accepted quickly and made sure everything ran smoothly. The whole team are impeccable in their customer service and are very good at what they do! We recently purchased our new house that was being marketed by Laurel & Wylde and found them to be professional and helpful from the initial viewing all the way through to completion of our purchase. They were always quick to reply with any questions we had, or to let us view the property again/ measure up even after our offer was accepted. We didn't use them for the sale of our house but we definitely would next time. Special thanks to Chris and Jayne for all your help in getting us in our perfect home before Christmas!

I recently sold my property through Laurel & Wylde. They were very professional and marketed the property really well with great photos. I was kept fully informed about viewings. Once I had accepted an offer, I was given weekly updates on the sale progress. Highly recommended if you are selling a property!
