We actually met Liam on the street while waiting to view adjacent houses! A couple of months later and he showed us around our future home. He's been excellent at liaising between us and the sellers, facilitated a useful meeting between us, and his team (particularly April) have been instrumental in moving things along to exchange. Would highly recommend!

I have bought and sold several houses and am very cynical about estate agents as a result. Liam is completely different. Indeed, I was wondering if he really was an estate agent! Very kind and supportive in an extremely difficult property market and always a positive approach. His photographer, Rachel, was terrific and made what can be a very uncomfortable experience pleasant and happy. Also, very impressed that he uses public transport. Good on you, Liam!

I think Laurels is a very special estate agent. It is comprised of young and friendly teams who know what they are doing. This was my second time selling through them and although the first sale fell through due to our personal circumstances, Liam was very understanding. We are so happy we could sell our house through them the second time. On both occasions, they managed to find a buyer very quickly and Anna worked very hard to complete the sale smoothly and kept me well informed all the way through. Thank you Liam and team for all your hard work!

Liam and his team were very professional in all aspects of our property sale. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The process of staging our property prior to photographing did take some time but the results were outstanding.

I have found Liam and the team at Laurels to be a world apart when it comes to estate agents. Probably most telling proof is the fact that months after our sale, Liam has been willing to act as a go-between with the new owner, and he has a good relationship with us both. Liam is a nice bloke, who isn't afraid to graft for the sale. 5 stars!
