I used Jas from luxury living homes. Absolute professional from the start.
I initially appointed two local agents who marketed my property for 580k. After one month of no movement I was advised it was to expensive and drop the price.
I then contacted Jas who had many viewings from the set off.
He unbelievably got me 660k for the property which helped me and my family buy a better property moving forward.

Not happy at being told that I wasted the person's time as a prospective buyer because I chose to go with another agent. I did not appreciate being hounded by the numerous phone calls. Agents in this industry should act with more humility and with better manners. Not impressed at all.

I have invested in property a long time and wanted to give my portfolio an edge, 'luxury' property has interested me for a while. After vigorous calcs, researching policy and searching for the right property, no luck. Again, I mustered the courage to search the Web once more, I came across luxury living homes International.
With deals I am known to be quite steady in my investments and take my time with jumping into deals, the staff at luxury living homes International property accommodated that, they really worked in my corner to find deals.
Every step, they gave me the space to make calcs and ask questions, we had virtual viewings with property. What was refreshing is the level of engagement I had with them bartering deals and building the right one, short term and long term. This was a process, particularly on my part, as I had so many policy related questions and calcs I wanted to test.
We reached a decision and ever since they have been a valuable asset in my journey for property deals. Highly recommend them, they have the patience and assurance in the finances, which is what I was looking for.
