As a first time buyer, I went through the house buying process with Anthony Lindsay as my mortgage advisor. Anthony did a brilliant job to make this process as smoothley as possible; he is very professional, honest and he helped me to buy my first home in three months.
I definitely recommend him and his agency to help you with the house buying process.

Barnard Marcus of Covent Garden are excellent estate agents. The Branch Manager is Francesca Lewis.
I was contacted by them a few months ago, and they have now sold my two bedroom flat in Pimlico.
The money is now in my bank account gaining interest.
My optimistic asking price was £550,000, and Jake Tharp, the Assistant Branch Manager, managed to achieve a respectable £530,000, with property prices in London falling all the time, and a potential general UK financial crisis on its way very soon.
They are all good people, professional, proactive, friendly and patient in a stressful activity for us all. I recommend them to everyone.

Hi,
At the start the letting department are very helpful, my friend had to rush back home due to a family emergency after staying for 3months. Because he was a student he was required to pay 6 months up front amounting over 20k with the holding/ security deposit.
The condition was if another tenants buys his contract.. he can get the remaining 3 months rent back. The new tenant moved in few days after he left the flat. The agent made out there was soo much damage. My argument is. Can't be that bad if the flat was rented out few days after my mate left the flat.
It's been 2 months and they still hold the money. Every time my friend calls for update. They end the call which is very rude. The family are really stressed out as it is a large amount of money.
Legal action will be taken.

Great service from Amira and Clio, very effective and professional communication which made the moving process so easy. I had some minor issues when I first moved into the studio, Clio has gone above and beyond and sorted everything out for me over the weekend. Strong recommendation to use this estate agent if anyone is planning to move into central London.
