The most dishonest and irresponsible, negligent Estate Agent I have ever dealt with, in nearly 20 years of being a landlord. My tenants felt the same way. I cannot recommend strongly enough that Lawson S Stone should be avoided at any and all costs.
Do not believe the good reviews for a second, clearly posted by their chums.

Rafael was amazing, I first met him when I view the the property, he was very patient with me as the number of phone that were made to him might have been seen as overwhelming.. he’s very good and very professional at his job.. I wish him well for the future

Keli has been extremely helpful! Her communication has been excellent, she is very polite and patient and has updated me every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend her service for anyone who would like to rent a property.
I will definitely be recommending her service to people around me that would like to rent.

It's sad there's no rating below 1 star hence the rating. I started struggling since day I even before I entered the property. I was given a false commitment of the apartment having the parking and I suffered for nearly 3 months to resolve it. Carpet and property was not clean and it took me weeks to sort it out. I still payed the check out cleaning and inventory. Despite of all clean & no issue check out I'm still waiting for my deposit near to 2 years now. They said landlord agreed to release my deposit and then took a U turn. That's when on little probing I realized they are not even the member of PRS due to the same reason. They cheated and didn't obey the PRS ruling. Very rude in communication. I have now decided to go legal against these Fraud so that they are not a free spree to dupe the future tenants.
Keep away at any cost .. you will face nothing but issues and lots of issues with these scammers .. they are a BIG pun !!

We have endured a terrible time with Lawson S Stone, after they failed to pay back our deposit and broke the law by not having the deposit registered under a deposit protection scheme. They first ignored our repeated communications and then deceived us on various counts, claiming that the company was in debt and insolvent, in order to try and avoid repaying us our deposit. A search of Companies House, moreover, has revealed the director, Daniel Gayle, is listed as having started another business a few months ago. 6 months after the end of the tenancy, we were forced to engage a solicitor to recover the money, incurring significant legal costs, which Lawson S Stone refused to repay. We discussed our situation with other previous tenants and discovered that many have suffered in the same way that we have. We can’t stress enough how bad our experience has been and how strongly we would urge any prospective tenants and landlords to avoid this company at all costs.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY! Unless you want to lose your money! They are huge scammers and certainly one of the dreadful and incompetent places I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!
I cannot even begin to explain how many times they failed as an agency. The largest things being:-
1. Lying about protecting the deposit, it was not registered with a deposit scheme; which is criminal offence by the way. The funds disappeared and only upon opening a claim with the small claims court did they make ham-fisted attempt to resolve it.
o They threatened with closing the company so that we would not receive our deposit
o Asked us to close the claim with the court and then they would pay the money despite denying they owed it for weeks.
o Introduced a “free-lancer” to assist resolution who operated under a personal email address, very suspicious.
o Six months later with a lot of stress and negotiations we managed to get our deposit thanks to the claim.
2. Upon moving in the place was disgusting, we had to pay for our own cleaning, and they had the gall to try and charge us for checkout cleaning
3. Left us without hot water which is a basic right under landlord/tenant contract, for a month and a half (again only fixed when a claim was lodged with environmental health)
4. Doors broken, tiles broken, damp, I could go on and they had the audacity to try and make us pay despite raising them
I can go on and on, but I think you get the point. Save yourself the trouble, not all landlords are as unscrupulous as these, do the necessary research beforehand!

Lawson S Stone are AWFUL! We have had nothing but problems with them and the landlady since the day we moved in. We have sever damp which is not being looked at. We have a boiler which hasnt been serviced, as required by law, since March 2018. Communication is awful. They have missed MULTIPLE appointments requested to check the property. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They get you in, take your money and then are absolutely useless and expect you to live in shocking conditions.

Fantastic !!!!
The customer service was remarkable, they made me believe in them so much and I honestly have so much faith in them. I received feedback from them, they didn't just find a tenant, they found one that I liked and was happy with. Due to the great customer service they provided I did upgrade my service.
Do not miss out believe in them honestly.
