I had originally marketed my house through a no-commission estate agency service; this proved to be both a false economy and a waste of time. I switched to Streets Ahead who within a few days arranged an open day which brought about 4 offers, one of which I accepted and I've now exchanged. The persons involved were Kai, Faye and Maryjane who matched the right buyer to the right house.

Very impressed with the service I received from Kai and Faye at Coulsdon Branch especially as it was Post-Brexit/Early C-19 stage. My property went under offer for in excess of asking price in a short period due to Kai's negotiation. The professional photography was excellent and very effective. Great service throughout.

Gareth has been amazing trying to help us find a new home! He is very friendly (unlike many other agents we've dealt with) but also professional and efficient. He kept in mind all the requirements we had and only sent us videos of properties that would be suitable for our family.
