Kai has helped me with a recent sale in Coulsdon and I've also used him for a process a few years ago. I would highly recommend Kai - his service is always balanced, attentive and most importantly, he works to a high degree of trust and integrity. We arranged a viewing with Kai Seale for a property on Woodcote Grove Road. He was rude and immature in his email correspondence and in person. At the viewing, he appeared very bored and very ill-informed about the property. There was also a peculiar form he wanted us to fill out, should we wish to make an offer that the other Streets Ahead branches do not require.
My feeling was that he already had a buyer lined up but was arranging viewings as a formality.
I am very surprised with the Google rating of this estate agent but on closer inspection, many of these reviews are from accounts with single reviews which appears suspicious.
On the other hand, perhaps Kai Seale was having a bad week!

I do not normally publish reviews but felt my recent experience with an estate agent here named Kai Seal was worth posting for anyone wishing to use this branch.
In my 30 years of buying and selling properties, I have come across only a handful of agents with an attitude as bad as that of Kai Seal's.
We contacted Kai Seal in order to arrange a viewing. His tone was disinterested and unhelpful and this was reinforced further at the viewing itself when he answered simple questions with sarcastic and passive-aggressive comments, maybe to overcompensate for his lack of knowledge about the property.
My partner described him as disrespectful, childish and lazy.
My suggestion would be for Kai Seal to find a role with less emphasis on interpersonal connections given that his demeanour is enough to deter you from buying a property.
While he remains in this role however, I hope no one has the misfortune of having their property sale managed by this person.

Fantastic service. Kai was always available to take my call and I really appreciated his approach to viewings. Letting the property sell itself, but always having the answers to any questions. Also a top guy who helped to facilitate additional viewings.

I would highly recommend Kai Seale from Streets Ahead Coulsdon. The clear communication throughout the purchasing process of our new property was excellent so everything went smoothly and to plan.
Kai’s has great customer service and a professional approach to all aspects of the business. We were viewing numerous properties at the time and Kai made it easy as people buy from people and not just the product (although that helps).
I will most certainly be using Streets Ahead in the future.

What lovely people to deal with. We mainly dealt with Kai and his knowledge of the market and professionalism towards selling our house was second to none. Any questions he was always there to answer and we really felt he went the extra mile to help us not only get a good price for our house but make a good choice of solicitor and find the right photographer to photograph our house in the most appealing way. I wouldn’t want our money going to anyone else. Any concerns we had were delt with immediately which is all you can ask. We highly recommend and would use again in the future should we need to.
