EVIL COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Hidden charges at every turn. Unhelpful and non-responsive, operating just inside the boundaries of the law (if at all), and aggressive when challenged. Despicable outfit.
All positive reviews are fake.

Crazy estate agency. They never fix anything and also try to swindle you out of money which you apparently owe, then suddenly don't (when you prove it). Avoid at all costs

In my opinion, Avon Estates is an awful management company. I am a tenant of a property they manage in London, I have since handed in my notice of leave. We've recently had a rat infestation caused by unfinished maintenance work which was left because the engineer ran out of time at the end of the day. This resulted in 2 large holes in the flooring of the bathroom being left open and exposed, which lead down to the basement (ground floor flat) giving rats a way into our living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms. The response in my opinion has been absolutely awful. There has been no compassion, and I have asked friends who have lived in London whether they have had similar experiences, and most have said that their agency put them up in hotels while the pests were sorted, and others were offered a deep professional clean of their flat. None of that was offered. I think there was no consideration of hygiene, health and safety regulations or wellbeing of the tenants. When I complained, our flat was compared to Buckingham palace having had rats and that they're common in London. They have also threatened to sue me for defamation for this review.

AVON ESTATES I've dealt with a number of managing agents over the last few years and I can happily say they are a cut above the rest. My building had suffered from terrible neglect in the past and it was a relief to come across AVON ESTATES within a few months of them taking over the building is functioning much better - I would highly recommend them.
