I had the pleasure of connecting with pointview estates but to contact them is very tedious even though they respond it takes ages even in emergencies there is no one to speak to . The customer service they provide is fine but it very disappointing you cannot reach them out of hours .I have had to now find out that my deatils have been misused by the association of these people who they are renting properties to very disappointed as this has now made me very angry.i will not use their services again as the people who they work with are thieves.Do not use these people to find property their associates are terrible and their tenants as well avoid at all costs I have learnt the hard way never again avoid!!... Pointview: A company that will do whatever it takes to keep your money. At ALL times the contact with the staff was NOT friendly, it does NOT transmit confidence and it is NOT efficient. (Communication in WhatsApp was often made with voice recordings ¿suspicious?) Think twice before looking to rent a property with this agency as they will do whatever it takes to get you to pay for any services as in a rush. In our case, we paid 520 pounds of a holding deposit for finally waiting days for the information to proceed with the referencing. We send a message to cancel the process and a few minutes later (by pure "coincidence") we received an email with the information. We are students and they no longer want to return the money we paid. Update to the agency response: I don't mind to argue with dishonest and uncivilized people. I just want to warn people of this state agency. DO NOT TRUST THEM.... Read more

I would like to share my worst experience with this agency and I don't suggest this agency to anyone because they have no integrity and value for the customers they deal with. I signed in a tenancy contract with Portbridge Estates through this agency on the month of September 2022. I went for viewing of one of their property and l liked it. It was only for 10 minutes and the previous tenant's things were already there. I spoke with the agent, he agreed that he will provide all the furniture so I paid a holding deposit. After a week they mailed me saying the landlord doesn't agree to provide all furniture as promised which was unprofessional, however, I agreed because I was really in need. I requested a second viewing to inspect the place before I sign in the tenency contract, but they denied saying they have time constraints and as per the rule they won't allow second viewing. I paid the rent plus deposit and I signed in the contract but they didnt handover the key. I was constantly mailing them for 2 days asking about the key for the house I rented, but only by 8.00 pm on the second day, they replied to collect the key under the doormat, which itself shows their professionalism. The next day when I moved my things and I saw there are many issues inside the house including a broken tile on the bathroom floor and the underneath construction is rotten because of a water leak. So, I have to move out to another place as the flat was not livable. Now there is a big hole in my toilet floor which they are sorting out for the last 17 days and I am staying outside renting another place for all these days which is great distress both emotionally and financially. when I raised concerns with them about why they didn't care to check all these flaws before they let out this place, they didn't reply anything. And when I ask them about the rent I paid for these days they are not at all responding. It doesn't matter how many times I call, it always goes to their voice mail for which I won't get any reply back. And for the mail I send, mostly I will get  reply saying that they are on high holiday. They don't care whether you sleep in street because you have paid them the rent, that is all they value. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY VALUE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AND INTEGRITY IN THEIR WORDS.... Read more

They don't pick up the phone, or return calls.. they also leave tenants without heating and basic fittinings for weeks. I wouldnt rent my property through them they will cost you money due to thier disregard for the law... Read more

The racial discrimination experienced was unmatched! I have viewed 2/3 properties with this service and on every occassion the attitude i have been met with is unprofessional and disgusting. Contacting them is also a nightmare. Not worth it.... Read more

Trying to get through to someone on the phone is impossible and when someone did finally answer it was very rude. Conversation was like pulling teeth out. Not going to bother chasing anymore after multiple emails the trail just went cold. I do wonder if landlords know this is how they handle their properties. Don't bother unless you want your time wasted.... Read more

I didn't even get as far as viewing a property. When I did manage to get through to someone on the phone, I was met with a rude 'hello?' as if I'd interrupted this man's lunch or something. No indication that I had been put through to an estate agents, I had to ask! Instead of helping me to make an appointment to view a property then and there, he told me to email. When I asked for an email address the man began to question how I got the number I had called...and told me to find details for an email in the same place. Totally unhelpful, rude and lazy. AVOID.... My partner rented a flat from them and I occasionally stayed with him so I have witnessed a lot of wrongdoings. These folks have a very bad reputation for a reason. They kept entering my partner's flat with 3party contractors without notice and permission and when they got confronted they bullied and terrorised him. They kept threatening him with eviction. It is a good thing we have recorded material of them entering the flat. They disregarded my partner when he had issues with the noisy and rude neighbours next door and told him to leave if he was not happy. They also opened a lot of letters that were addressed to him and never to the company. They never returned the deposit and their excuse was that the property was in a bad condition. Guess what? When my partner had moved in 2 years ago the walls were damaged and had to clean the whole place himself. My partner had to report them to the council even tho he was pretty scared they would retaliate and create issues. I work for the council and i know laws concerning tentants rights and responsibilities. He has been advised to get in touch with solicitors and the Property Ombudsman. These folks should not be allowed to manage properties. They are rude and nonprofessionals. They love harassing and terrorising tenants when these have every right to complain. My partner is battling cancer now and thankfully we are at early stages. His GP asked him if he had been under stress and if there was any situation causing him fear. Well, we will be having this conversation with the legal guys. Names of those leaving good feedback strangely match names associated with limited companies surprisingly connected to this firm.
