Third review (2 stars): Back to square one. Leaders actually tried to pass on costs to me that were evidently caused by them. Instead of doing some internal research first and reading through the ticket history, they immediately send me a request for payment. Can customer service get any worse? Second review (4 stars): They obviously took the criticism to heart and proactively looked for solutions. I like the new approach and am curious to see if they can keep it up in the new year. First review (2 stars): While their proficiency in the initial stages of letting and selling is commendable, the subsequent support and customer service leave much to be desired. My experience during the renting process was indeed positive. The efficiency and professionalism displayed in securing tenants and closing deals were noteworthy. However, it is regrettable that this excellence did not extend to the aftercare phase. One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the abysmal phone and e-mail support. Timely communication is crucial, especially when addressing issues that require immediate attention, e. g. heating issues. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the agency were met with frustration due to unresponsiveness and a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns. This not only reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service but also hampers the effectiveness of resolving issues promptly. While they excel in the initial phases of their business, the subpar aftercare services tarnish the overall customer experience. For an industry that thrives on client satisfaction and reliability, it is disheartening to witness such a significant lapse in support. I sincerely hope that they take these concerns seriously and implement the necessary improvements to ensure a more comprehensive and satisfactory customer experience in the future. I am lucky enough to have had a couple of excellent modern flats at Brighton Marina (Orion & Sirius) with support from the Leaders Lettings Team, with especial thanks to Iona Onslow-Hughes for help with day to day management. Our first flat unfortunately presented with many snags but Iona worked beyond the call of duty to resolve these. Also, thanks to Chloe Bradwell and Molly Sibun on the lettings side - always ready with a friendly and efficient response when it's most needed. The Leaders software is now very comprehensive and seems reliable whether dealing with payments, bookings, maintenance or checkouts. Outside the Agency control are issues with the building management which has a few too many gremlins affecting some access issues. Mention of the security team however must be made as their army of cheerful personnel have kept us feeling very safe during installation of the new fire alarm systems. Malcolm... Read more

I came from Ukraine and my city is occupied, I haven't been home for two years and it's unknown when I will be able to go back there at all! That's why it's very important to have a home right now!
