Thank goodness for Edward Foley and Marcus at Winkworth in Wimbledon. I knew moving house was going to be stressful, but in the weeks leading up to the change in stamp duty (April 2016) it separated the kids from the grown ups in terms of stress. With me running around like a headless chicken, Edward and Marcus kept a calm persona and brought the sale in as promised. The thing you get from Winkworth that you don't from other agents I find, is level headed, experienced information - without the bull. When selling a house, I have found there are many things that you don't know that you don't know (if that makes sense) and both Edward and Marcus were there at every step to steer the process through when I had lost all hope.
