I cannot recommend Linus Jackson Property Agent highly enough. If it weren’t for Linus’ knowledge, expertise, dedication and skill then there is no way I would have managed to buy my property. The fact that the seller had also used Linus to buy the property in the first place, and that I am also using Linus to lease the property, shows what a trusting a loyal relationship Linus builds with clients, whether seller/buyers/renters/landlord etc Linus is honest, responsive and knows how to navigate the maze that is the London property market. As a first time buyer he took the time to explain the process to me. There were moments where I had to take a leap of faith and Linus’ judgement was always spot on. Linus not only took responsibility for pushing our sale through (working closely with all involved) but also stepped in to help a sale further up the chain that had been going wrong. I can say without hesitation that Linus is the best estate agent I've ever hired. He is professional, effective, persevering, clever, reliable, diligent, calm and an exceptional communicator, many human qualities that I haven't often seen in people in his profession. Due to some exceptional circumstances, our completion process was quite drawn out and he never wavered in concentration, liaising between all the parties and keeping the whole process on track to signature. Where does one even start with this review! Linus is a true professional and provides a first class service - cannot recommend enough. From the beginning of the process when he came to do my survey, he achieved £30k more for the property than the lowest survey price and clearly knew the area and had done his research (ex manager of local estate agent, and when I mentioned his name to the competitor, they flat out said "we are not Linus, and won't offer you the same service; he used to be a manager across the road and can provide the time that we can't"). Linus is a voice of calm and reason, who goes the extra mile to get his client the best possible result. Could not have asked for better, and truly grateful as he no doubt saved me serious stress and anxiety!... Read more
