Unprofessional business, scammers. Flat advertised was not a flat that I was shown to. Completely different place, when confronted Harry lied: “oh we must have used wrong pics”. They used wrong pics and descriptions on each major letting flats site. Not worth it.... Read more

I've rented a studio from Live London Estates from 3 years ago and these guys have been super helpful and attentive throughout the tenancy. Joseph particularly have always been available specially if there was a emergency situation even if it was after hours or during public Holidays. Had a viewing at this property, but they notified the morning of the viewing and did not confirm until 3hrs before. I showed up and I ended up viewing the flat with another person at the same time. Harry did not seem to know any of the logistics about utilities, referencing, etc. and kept redirecting me to apply first. Why would I apply without knowing all the details? The flat was a dump - dirty, bed had stains ALL over. It was gross and clearly not properly cared for or tended. Would avoid working with this agency.... Read more
