I have to say that this has been my first experience as a tenant renting a property with no major issues. LPS have been quick dealing with faults or broken appliances and replacing where required within the property. I’ve lived here for just over 3 years and and the landlord has done a bit where required too which I’m impressed with and hoping I can stay for as long as I can. Definitely big thumbs up!

Top quality professional service provided. Vicky who looked after recruiting the maintenance work to be carried out on my property was very polite, very receptive and made every effort to keep me updated on the progress of the works being carried out. Vicky is very practical and it is very obvious she is on top of her job. I would highly recommend LPS as a property management agent based on this experience and all previous interactions.

I recently was shown round a property which i was interested in renting.
I was met by a young lady by the name of Vicky, who was very professional and knowledgeable. I was asking a lot of questions which were answered in a manner that i understood and Vicky showed patience at all times.
LPS as a company should be proud they have staff that are dedicated in their companies future.

Having been told by the agent that met me at the apartment that the previous tenant was moving out on the 31st October and once the property had been cleaned then it would be available on the 6th November. The information was incorrect I had to find alternative accommodation. My £150 holding deposit was stolen by them and they refused a refund they told me to refer to the terms and conditions. Get everything in writing before you hand over your money to these crooks. No phone calls returned. No response to emails. Awful company to deal with.

I have been fortunate enough to have LPS managing my Buy to Let property for the past 11 years and have always received excellent Service from Joe, Vicky, Karon and the team. Even when there are any issues with the property or tenants (which have been very few due to the excellent quality of tenants) , the relationship is such that things get resolved with a minimum of fuss. Very Friendly and Professional Team , Tremendous value for money and Great to work with.

I worked with Karon buying my first house. She was always quick to respond to any queries and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. For example, I had the slowest solicitor and Karon was so supportive - spending extra time chasing them up when they didn't respond to me. I've dealt with Vicky from LPS over the pastrenting 10 years, has managed my to an excellent standard.
She goes above and beyond, solving problems with tenants and taking the stress away from myself.
Always professional whether I'm actually selling or renting,she keeps me in the loop as to what is happening with a fact based scenario.
