I've had nothing but issues with this agency. They put my incorrect home address on the initial contract to sign, they provided the incorrect EPC certificate and they tried to claim in their Inventory they had given me things at the flat that they hadn't.
All these are minor though compared to the fact that they also set up an electricity contract with a supplier without my permission whatsoever, and then put my landlords name on it, meaning I couldn't even access the account or choose a tariff. As they set the account up, they also had to close it. I contacted them multiple times, on both the 5th and 9th of July requesting they cancel, and they outright refused. When it was then escalated and someone more senior agreed it was their fault, they went and cancelled it then.
Because of this, I was stuck on a tariff with much higher energy costs for multiple weeks, meaning I've had to pay much more because of their incompetence, and they are still claiming it wasn't their fault.
As soon as they get you in a property, they will simply wash their hands of any responsibility. Leanne was particularly unhelpful and I have been forced to initiate legal action to recover costs.

Have to praise the work of John Skipsey for handling repairs. I've had various levels of issues with my apartment, but he's managed to get people out to sort them swiftly, kept me up to date with any roadblocks or updates, and has been wonderfully helpful.
