the first viewing we had they did not have the keys in the office (kentish town) Zach advised that they were with Ashley in the camden town office... only it turned out they were INDEED in the kentish town office. we wasted about an hour becuase of traffic before we could view the flat. the second viewing was a few days later with Ashley... again issues with viewing the property but we managed to in a shorter time. This agency also posts old adverts on gumtree to sucker you in onto their books.

The manager Ashley never answers his phone, returned our calls or kept us updated throughout the whole let.
