while I was not sure about letting through Foxtons (friends' past experience was not great), Jamal was so kind and caring that I gave it a go.
Jamal dedicated time and efforts to look for the best place, in just 3 hours he found the house of my dreams.

Worked with Milica. Got really bad experience. Had to view houses that did not fit my criteria. Was left by the agent in the office just right after viewing session to start paperwork with other person. Had to go to the office again to do right to rent, but could do that during the first visit. Was not told that time and location for key collecting on the website was wrong. My overall rating is nonprofessional and time wasting. Do not recommend.

Jamal really went above and beyond. He truly cared and listened to what we were looking for in a home. After several showings, Jamal was able to tailor his search to our feedback, resulting in us finding a great place. As is common on London rentals, we were in a bidding war for our apartment. Jamal gave great advice on what it would take to secure the lease, and we were successful in our bidding process. 10/10 would recommend.

His wealth of knowledge on the property market is second to none, he is extremely approachable and friendly and he goes the extra mile to ensure the process runs smoothly and that extra mile to ensure you are satisfied in your pursuit of purchase.

I had urgency to find a flat to start my new job in London and had to do it remotely due to COVID-19. The agent who helped me, Edvin, helped out in spotting a property that had all the prerequisites I needed and also helped negotiating with the owner.
He was very responsive to all my requests and always made sure I understood everything of the contract's terms and conditions.
Overall I'm extremely happy with the experience I had with Foxtons and I would use their services again if needed.
