Booked a tiny studio flat with them. After a couple of months they decided to increase the rent by a 30%. We went to the office to complain and they threatened us to come to the flat and beat us up. We had to call the police and report it. They are criminals. They'll tell you that the council tax is included but they'll secretly put your name and you'll start receiving bills after you've left the flat. I've seen bills of £1000 to people who wasn't even living in the flat. They do the same with water and electricity. They also changed the company name while we were living in their flat, probably because of the reputation they earned and due to all the unpaid bills. Avoid these people for your own safety.

This company is a sham! They post photos of places they do not have then put you in a uninhabitable room! If they have 5 stars it must be one of their friends or family!

Booked an apartment with these clowns for 2 nights during the RWC. Charged me 50 pound for a cleaning fee and wasn’t even clean and surprisingly didn’t get my 100 pound bond back. Tried chasing up for months and just getting the run around. I delt with a Hussein and a martin. Both now there mobile numbers have been disconnected. Karmas a b##ch but now that your rep has been destroyed. What a wonderful tool social media is!!

Be aware these so called estate agents are con artists. The boss of the company has already been fined £25.000. Do not book a apartment off them. BBC Watchdog have also featured this company on its show
