Booked a tiny studio flat with them. After a couple of months they decided to increase the rent by a 30%. We went to the office to complain and they threatened us to come to the flat and beat us up. We had to call the police and report it. They are criminals. They'll tell you that the council tax is included but they'll secretly put your name and you'll start receiving bills after you've left the flat. I've seen bills of £1000 to people who wasn't even living in the flat. They do the same with water and electricity. They also changed the company name while we were living in their flat, probably because of the reputation they earned and due to all the unpaid bills. Avoid these people for your own safety.... Booked an apartment with these clowns for 2 nights during the RWC. Charged me 50 pound for a cleaning fee and wasn’t even clean and surprisingly didn’t get my 100 pound bond back. Tried chasing up for months and just getting the run around. I delt with a Hussein and a martin. Both now there mobile numbers have been disconnected. Karmas a b##ch but now that your rep has been destroyed. What a wonderful tool social media is!!... Read more

I came across this company and replied show me property first then I will consider renting for a couple of weeks. I was looking for something short term. They responded I cannot view first. I repeatedly raged do they think I'm going to pay to rent a property without seeing it first. In the end, they took me to a few places and they were terrible. Even a run down squat was tidier and cleaner. Flats and rooms they claimed to have it emerged they didnt exist. Nice they were exposed on watchdog. Substantially fine these sharks then deport them.... Read more

These guys are cons and are not to be trusted they should be booted out of this area and prohibited from operating and cheating people. They lie left right and centre and fake everything. This is a sham company. I booked a holiday apartment with this company via booking. com. Soon after our arrival at the office to collect the keys, it became very clear that they have no apartments (and certainly not the one pictured on the website). Another group arrived and were faced with exactly the same treatment. They drove us to a horrible house located in the middle of a council estate and tried to make it sound like the Ritz - it was a shack off the Edgware Rd. A complete sham. I had to cancel my bank card for fear of them taking payment for a service they did not provide. A terribly stressful experience considering it was our friend's hen-weekend. Do not use this 'company', they are a bunch of cowboys. It's a group of 20 year olds with some mobiles and a moron in a tight dress behind a desk. Disgusting and shameful.... Read more
