Rude staff. Drug addicts are regularly using our private garden to take and deal drugs. There solution is not to move the bench they use or secure the access to the garden but to put up a sign. Avoid buying or renting a property managed by this company.... Read more

They are highly responsive - expect a response to emails the next day. They look after my property as if they own it - they recommended experienced builders and supervised renovation work. They charge reasonable rates - given they already have a local customer base and don’t do fancy marketing like other bigger shops. And they are just very kind people - Angie and Milda are so approachable and they come across as a friend in the neighborhood. Working with Castlereagh has been seamless and stress-free. I worked with Angie and her team for nearly eight years as a member of the Board of my apartment block. We were previously with Knight Frank who allowed board members inexperienced in the proper running of a company and block to make mistakes which one of our flat owners capitalised on to avoid paying his service charges. This led to costly litigation. Castlereagh worked hard over several years to sort things out. Very quickly our costs went down and owners started seeing a credit to their service charges rather than nasty unexpected increases. Angie is refreshingly direct and knows her stuff. She is rightly firm about doing things in the proper legal manner. This is beneficial to all in the long run, but some people may be unhappy not to get their way. This shouldn't be mistaken for rudeness. Every query is responded to very promptly by the Castlereagh team. Thanks to Angie, Amy and Theo for their excellent service over many years. I deeply thank Castlereagh, especially Angie. I stayed a flat introduced by this Castlereagh during 2019. Yes, it was a good flat but more than anything, the continuous support from the Castlereagh was really helpful. Actually, I had several troubles with utility provider. For example, an electricity vender billed me ten times more than actual amount based on the wrong meter reading. Servicer agency threatened me by saying I might be listed on Black List if I wouldn’t pay the fee. Due to their bureaucratic operation and systems, I really struggled with managing this problem despite public supports including Ombudsman. Only the support from a lady from Castlereagh was strong and effective. She patiently contacted and negotiated with the agency and successfully managed everything. She was very fair and kind throughout the process. I really appreciate it.... Read more

The most rude woman on the telephone! absolute disgrace to speak to a possible client like that, for a query relating to a property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way this company will get a dime from me. A bit of common courtesy costs nothing, be prepared if she answers the phone, especially if you catch her on a bad day like I did!
