Comfortably the worst professional services company I have ever dealt with. I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere. Also avoid their recommended solicitors, DC Law. Collectively, they are completely incompetent.
Plenty of other estate agents in the area.

Absolutely outstanding service provided.
Amy and Oliver have been and are the best I have ever dealt with when renting a property.
Both Amy and Oliver have assisted me in renting my current property and have been in contact since when required for booking in house checks and general tenant check ups to see how I am living in the property and also how I am doing on a personal level which I found very much appreciated.
By far the best letting agency by a country mile compared to others and I feel this is because of the excellent customer care and service provided by Amy and Oliver.
I highly recommend.

My mums flat flooded due to a leaking pipe, it's been over 9 weeks and both Entwistle and the landlord have still not fixed the problem. Black mould has overtook the floors and walls in the bedroom causing my mum to have breathing difficulties, a very nasty cough, headaches and nose bleeds. Both Entwistle and the landlord have been made aware or the extent of this health and safety issue and both denied responsibility at first until I went through the contract to disprove their claims. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have contacted them on Friday 15th after 4 p.m. No one answered. I have called Warrington branch Entwistle green and they were very helpful by calling them too and leaving them a message to give me a call back. I have received call from Entwistle green on 10.45 on 6th September. I did a request to be to view 2 houses on Saturday 23 in the afternoon after 2p.m.
Both houses are fully booked but free in the morning and in the working week. Agent is rude and did not mentioned much details about the houses and a very poor planner as I have had viewing for houses with other people at the same time effortlessly. Do not recommend.
