Over the past 8 months I have had to deal with three different estate agents on behalf of my mum. This was by far the worst, the constant phone calls, blaming of solicitors when things started to go wrong and the wrong information given to the person mum was buying from, then blaming an ex employee for that. Then the sale wasn't going fast enough for the seller, the constant phone calls from this estate agent was awful, the negotiation skills seems to have been completely missing; although facilitating a bidding war seemed okay. Needless to say the purchase fell through! Mum refused to keep bidding against another purchaser. It was such a relief to not have to deal with them any more. Mum bought through a different estate agents who had more mature and experienced staff. She wouldn't even look at houses being sold through academy because the experience was that bad!

This is the worst place to get any house a friend of mine was under there property and constantly got bullied by neighbours whilst she had 2 babies in the property and instead of them helping her they called her because apparently Sean is a relative of them. The staff are rude and bullies!
