The worst managing agents you can ever find. Had to be removed from Audley court in Mayfair and have had to initiate a forensic audit of the accounts as there is lots of money missing. Stay miles away.

I am shocked and appalled at the behaviour of Michael Timms. I have rarely come across as racist and unprofessional a group. It was quite clear that as soon as I was seen by the letting agent he instantly disregarded me, not believing I could pay for the property. I was in awe when the letting agent said, and this is a direct quote, 'I didn't know non-whites liked golf.' He then chuckled to himself and looked my Russian wife lecherously. These are terrible people who make no bones about behaving in a manner not unsuited to the '70's. Avoid at all costs or you are condoning their discrimination.

Recently purchased a flat in Central London through Michael Tims and Co, the service was first class. The team showed me a great range of flats and really engaged and listened to my specification and taste. Once the offer was accepted they were very helpful right till the end. Thanks again.

Highly recommend Micheal Tims and Co! I didn't know what I was doing when I bought my flat as it was my first time buying, but they explained each step clearly and was very efficient in exchanging the contract. A very stress free process.

Recently bought my first flat through Michael Tims and Co, I had no idea what I was doing and the support I got from them was fantastic. They organised everything so quickly for me and I was able to exchange contracts all within a month. Highly recommend.

I personally used Michael Tims and Co about 6 months ago and i couldn't fault the level of expertise and professionalism that i received. Any questions or queries that i had were swiftly dealt with and i felt that i as the customer was treated with the upmost respect and professional rapport. It somewhat saddened me to see some negative reviews left about the company, and the allegations made do not at all align at all with any experience that i had. There was never a point that i felt uneasy throughout the whole entire experience. If anyone was to ask me to suggest a real estate, i would send them straight to Michael and his Team. I will certainly be using them again if i am looking to move property within their vicinity.

Michael Tims and Company are unprofessional, disorganised and discourteous in my opinion.
They seem a tiny company, operating out of an ordinary office above a hairdressers with no shopfront in which to advertise properties. Not that they appear to have many. On Zoopla they have just 3 properties listed for sale and only 9 for rent with an average listing age of 55 weeks. (According to a Hamptons report the average listing time for rental property in London is currently just 3 weeks).
I was not at all impressed with this company and, unfortunately, also found Michael a self-important pompous prat!
A waste of time, frankly.

Do NOT try and rent a residential property from Michael Tims. They advertise a property as “ready to move into now” but they don’t confirm anything! I put down a holding deposit with them and they asked if I could move in ASAP. I changed my travel plans around to accommodate and then have been chasing everyday. They rarely respond to emails. They ignore phone calls, texts. I have found dealing with them to be the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to rent a property. They won’t confirm a move in date, won’t refund my money, won’t answer my emails. Don’t give them your money or you’ll be in my situation and have no where to live.
