We went to Michael Tuck's in Abbeymead looking to rent for 12 months after our home was badly damaged by burst pipes. They had an apartment just up for rent, they took us to see it straight away, we thought it would suit us fine so we went ahead with the contract. What a lovely team they are. They have been so sympathetic & helpful to us from the start. We are 81 & 88 years old & not very good on the computer. We have been back to see them a few times with emails & letters we didn't really understand. They have made us tea & helped us every time. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm glad that we ended up using Michael Tuck as our estate agent. Chloe, Charlie, Tony and the rest of the team have all been a great help with the whole process of advertising and selling our house, right through to exchange of contract and completion! They were always friendly and approachable, willing to help anytime. As expected, some of the solicitors in the chain were tricky to get a hold of; the team at Michael Tuck were constantly on their case, chasing for updates. This gave us confidence that, collectively, we were doing everything we could to progress documents, proposed move dates and exchange of contracts at the earliest opportunity. If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Due to a change of circumstances, I recently had to go through the referencing process again to remain in my property. If it hadn’t have been for Heather at Michael Tucks I honestly don’t know how things would have ended for myself and my little boy, Heather has been instrumental with us being able to stay in our home.
