Charley from Andrews Estate Agency met with us in the past on couple occasions.<br>Every meeting with her was very productive in bringing us closer to the actual conclusion on what our next home should look like as it is not easy to find the perfect accommodation without making some compromise.<br>Each time Charley was very professional, kind & patient when showing us numerous of properties around, whilst at the same time focused on careful listening on what our expectations of new home were in order to advise appropriately and line up for us next lot of properties within discussed criteria & budget.<br>Her careful consideration and great advise saved us a lot of time on searches due to her regular keeping in touch with new offers. Jon Walsh and the team provided a great service during a recent house purchase. However, be warned, DO NOT use Andrews conveyancing who allocated Cook Taylor Woodhouse, a useless online conveyancer from Kent. They took 6 months and charged £3500 ( 50% more than quoted) for a basic freehold transaction. Use a good local solicitor . Andrews mortgage advisers were good, however, and reasonably priced.

I am writing this review because I feel that this method is the most appropriate to thank a person, Shannon Smith, whom I only met once, but who made the impossible come true for me. Shannon Smith, even though I didn't know her, I realized through everything that was done, that she is an extraordinary agent, very focused on her job, insists in solving situations and goes out of her way to answer clients even when she is in her free time. She organised for us to see a house which had been taken off market which we had been trying to find on right move and when she met us for the viewing she was fantastic ! We have done quite a few viewings and often you almost feel like you’re bothering the people who show you around as they aren’t interested or helpful but not with Rebecca! She had great knowledge of the area and when showing us the rooms had ideas and tips of what we could do when and if we purchased the house.<br>Because of Rebecca we did purchase the house and hope to be moving soon !<br>The housing world would be a much more pleasant environment if all restate agents took a leaf out of Rebecca’s book !

We sold and purchased properties via the Andrews Brockworth branch. Overall, we found them to be very informative, supportive and great communicators.<br><br>Both Rebecca and John made us feel at ease and were great at showing us round new properties whilst also being very passionate about selling our property.<br><br>We had considered using Purple Bricks initially, but it was clear during the process the value added using Andrews.<br><br>We also used Garry Maisey the Andrews Mortgage advisor, who we have been using for years and cannot recommend highly enough.<br><br>Additionally, Hannah in the post sales team was amazing during the time of selling to completing.<br><br>Our only criticism was being recommended Andrews Move With Us to arrange a solicitor. Unfortunately the quote was misleading and did not include all of our requirements.

I have just started using Andrews to manage my buy-to-let property and am very impressed so far - they were very proactive in finding a tenant, all the paperwork is sent over in a timely manner, and they use a portal so signing paperwork is quick and easy. Every time I deal with them I am more than happy with the service I receive. I have talked to a few of their staff now (Rebecca, Cara, Lucy, Shayla, Josh, Dan P, & Dan H) and all of them are helpful and friendly. My experience has been all positive so far and I would definitely recommend their services.

We moved into the area a few weeks ago and purchased our bungalow through Andrews Estate Agents. It was John who originally showed us around our new home to be and we found him to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The next day we put our offer in and were very happy when it was accepted by the sellers. After that, we were contacted by Hannah, who like John, was very helpful. During the sale process, we had to contact the conveyancers a few times, but had problems getting through to them, but one quick call to Hannah and we were sorted.<br><br>In short, both John and Hannah were always there to help and answer our questions and what's more important was that they were very easy to get hold of and deal with. Would not recommend Andrews! They were appalling when we rented a house through them. Had no fence for almost a year which is a major security issue as well as neighbours getting frustrated. No boiler cert until today - Friday 5th February - almost 2 years on. That is a safety breach!! The landlord of the house is appalled buy their behaviour! Stay away if renting as you won’t get anything done if required!

I bought my house through Andrews in Brockworth and to say the service was extremely poor is an understatement. I had several days of nobody answering the phone at all (and COVID / lockdown was no excuse for this) - I had to try to get in touch with them on Facebook and through the online chat to get some sort of answer and update on my purchase. There were multiple people who were then dealing with me, so it was really inconsistent in terms of who I was meant to be speaking to. I left messages and emails, many of which were just ignored. In the end, I had to get in touch with the vendor directly, who had no idea that I had been threatening to pull out of the purchase due to nothing progressing. One member of staff was very rude to me on the phone as well, saying that if I wanted the boiler to be serviced, I needed to sort it out myself (even though I later found out the the vendor had already had it serviced this weeks earlier! And he had told Andrews this). Even on the day of exchange and completion, I asked Andrews for help in getting things moving and didn't even get a response. The vendor and I ended up just not bothering with them when it came to getting the keys. In short, AVOID.

We approached this agent as it was based locally, explaining our situation and hoping to be dealt with professionalism and understanding. I was surprised when we had only a few viewings booked by people who weren't interested in the area nor our house. Every time somebody else was showing around the house. Not sure if this is common practice, but more personal approach would been preferable. Considering how much money they charge for their services, the service isn't good enough, not for me and my family.
