Kurt was honestly brilliant from start to finish. Renting a new place can be pretty stressful, especially when you’re juggling everything that comes with moving, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable.
He was always clear, detailed, and patient with every question I had (and I had quite a few!). Nothing ever felt rushed, and he handled everything with real professionalism and calmness, which I really appreciated during such a hectic time.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and supporting you properly through the process. I’ll definitely be recommending him by word of mouth, but I also felt the company and Kurt deserved proper recognition here.
Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended.

We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.
