As a tenant in a property managed by Michael Tuck, I've been very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness from the first viewing to now (4 years later) experiencing the exit process as I prepare to move on. Heather and the rest of the team are experienced and knowledgeable and their paperwork and responsiveness have been spot on. The whole experience was hassle-free.

Really friendly staff who kept us informed all the way. We mostly dealt with Chloe and Charlie who gave advice when needed and made the experience a bit less stressful than it could’ve been.

This was my first time using an agent to find a new tenant.
I canvassed the majority of agents in the local prior to using James Schofield at Michael Tucks estate agents.
I chose to use James at Michael Tucks based upon his comprehensive knowledge of the letting market, his attention to detail and his positive manner.
In addition to James it would be remiss of me not to equally feedback on the excellent service, advice, and professionalism of Kurt, Heather and the letting team.
Throughout the entire process the communication has been excellent. The service provided by the team was excellent irrespective of weekends or week days.
We felt completely supported throughout the process even though I have been a residential landlord for in excess of ten years.
The fees charged were very good offering better value than the excessive fees other agents wanted to charge. Plus a number of the other agents did not demonstrate the level of knowledge, understanding and service which James and Kurt provided.
A very big thank you to all the letting team at Michael Tucks Abbeymead office.
We will definitely use you again in the future for other lettings.

Charlie and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. They chased up our solicitors and made the process feel smooth and manageable. I’d highly recommend Michael Tuck for a professional service, both as a seller and buyer.

Michael Tuck Abbeymead have been excellent, from the initial valuing and photo taking of property, Chloe def did a brilliant job !! To the viewings and chasing up of solicitors etc to the final completion. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Well done Chloe, Charlie and Tony.

We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

Buying a house was a stressful task I was told by many, working with Michael Tucks Worcester branch made it stressless and exciting.
They went the extra mile with multiple viewings that worked around my busy working week adding masses of value to the customer experience.
Most of the communication was done via phone and emails which suited me perfectly. Always getting an efficient response to my questions and concerns.
Not only did we compete the sale cycle in under 12 weeks, they provided a reliable service which in turn gave me the perfect family home.

Hallam Beveridge has built a strong and helpful team for agents Michael Tuck in North Swindon. Friendly most certainly but also very knowledgeable and highly efficient. They helped get me a quick sale at the best price I could expect.
The team gave me a lot of advice about dealing with all the hundreds of things we have to remember from producing a user profile on the property to reading the meters on the final day.
Working with Hallam and his team was a real pleasure. They certainly put their customers first.
