John at Milestone Residential Estate Agents, and his wonderful colleagues have been exceptional, with regard to the sale of the house my wife and I had lived in for 20 years.
As you can imagine, after many years, it was a hard decision to sell the property but with their marketing strategies, which also included a Zoopla listing, their negotiation skills, attention to detail, their guidance, understanding and friendliness, it wasn't too difficult a process for us. We couldn’t be more delighted that we chose Milestone to list our property.

Engaged Milestone's to market our property which was an inherited family home with many emotional ties. Dealing with John direct from the offset was both professional and positive with him being able to offer expert knowledge of the local market.
He made himself available at all times on request and his input as mediator between ourselves, the buyer and the two solicitors involved was always I found both pro-active and re-active when required.
Indeed we were able to maintain a postive outlook through what was and is still a challanging period in the propertry sector which resulted in the completion of our property sale yesterday.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Milestone Agents to any prospective sellers or I'm sure buyers in the area.

My initial contact was with John who showed great compassion in selling my home and didn't bamboozle me with unnecessary information. They were respectful when showing my property too. Both him and Colin were always available to answer my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

We chose Milestone to sell our property in Ashford.
Milestone quoted right price for the property, which was not the case with other estate agents. One agent quoted too high and therefore there were no viewings and another agent quoted too low.
After putting our property on market through Milestone we got offer within First 2 weeks which was a big surprise.
They did not leave us after getting the offer, they helped us and were in regular contact with us until the whole process was completed. There were hiccups from the buyer side mortgage, but they notified us and the solicitors on time which saved the sale from falling through.

We recently moved home with the help of Milestone-Residential in Ashford High Street. We cannot recommend John Walton and Colin Wiles highly enough. They went out of their way to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. The house purchase was difficult and at times stressful, but they provided calm reassurance when it was required and generally worked hard towards a successful conclusion. Their aim was always to negotiate to make completion happen, regardless of which party they were dealing with. From a quick look at the other reviews, it seems that without exception John and Colin are consistently held in the same high regard. You will be in safe hands.
