It has been a pleasure dealing with the team at Milestone Residential, Whitton in the sale of a house. They have good local knowledge and a presence on the high street. Ian was our primary contact who offered good advice and kept us well informed of progress. Brilliant service from the team at Milestones Whitton. Great attention to detail that other agents lack. I asked the team if there was anything I should do to the property prior to marketing, and they pointed out a few quick fixes that would make the property more presentable to a potential buyer.
They also advised on the best approach for negotiation on my onward purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending Milestones for your sale.

Recommended to me by my parents who couldn't rate them highly enough after the sale of their home. I opted to use Milestones for the sale of my property.
From the initial point of contact, all the way to the completion Nick, Ian and the rest of the team at Milestone are by are and above the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. They have gone above and beyond with the sale of our property and I cant thank them enough.
They helped with a 'challenging' sale (through no fault of theirs) and kept us informed all the way through.

I just purchased a house through Milestone Residential - Whitton, and received a wonderful service throughout.
Just from the initial viewing, I felt they were a step above the rest (with other firms at the time using pressure tactics / offering limited viewing windows to get to best and final offers within days of the property going on the market!)
Despite interest being high, I was able to view the property twice before making an offer, and did not feel 'rushed' through the property in a <10 minute slot.
From the offer being accepted to completion, Ian and team were professional, responsive and very considerate. I felt fully informed throughout, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable! They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with (contrary to my prior experience with other 'high-street' firms, particularly their Central London branches!)
I thoroughly recommend the team at Milestone Residential - Whitton!

Emilie is superb. She isn't like how you would assume an estate agent to be. She doesn't over sell, is super easy to talk to and doesn't sugar coat things. As she is honest, you buy into her and trust what she says, which I think is critical during a stressful sale process. You can have a laugh with her and she is efficient. No emails are left unreplied. Couldn't recommend higher.

It was a great experience with them specially Nick Futter, who was excellent during the initial process, in the middle, where we thought, the sale was going to fall through and contacted Nick. Nick then his great communication skills, got the ball rolling again and we exchanged 3 weeks later.. Even on the completion day, there was some delay with our completion (purchase) and once again I contacted Nick Futter, who helped again.

Ours has been a particularly frustrating house sale but finally has now be completed,Throughout the whole selling process Nick and his brilliant team have been truly amazing ,nothing is too much trouble every viewing we had was very well organised and the feedback from said team was very informative and gave us great confidence that we had chosen the correct agents .
In the final stages of exchange all the team were on the ball and kept us well informed as to the progress and let us know if we needed to make phone calls to solicitors etc ,
The information pack that was given on exchange was very useful as well .
To end my review we have found Milestone Residential to be the best estate agents in whitton they offer a fair and positive house valuation with a fair fee to match ,I cannot recommend them more highly and would let them sell a house of mine without blinking ,
