Ok, so we have been in our new home for 11 months now and are still trying to get issues sorted with the house, the sole reason for this is the after care from the site manager and his superiors, outwith the lock down (which I understand) everything from communication, attitude, times keeping and the complete lack of urgency had been absolutely terrible, Miller Homes told us we should give them our snagging list as soon as we moved in which we did, they promptly took it from us and told us they would get straight on to it, 4 months later nothing had been done except a kitchen cupboard door had been replaced, which they some how managed to mess up, lock down came and obviously nothing happened, they then got back in touch in August and apologised for all that has happened pre lock down and said we will now sort everything, it's now 2 months later and we still have issues, in this time they have managed to build half a dozen houses though, to top it of I came home from work one day and found work men in my garden ripping up the fence that was on my property and were replacing it with a fence for the neighbours, Miller Homes were fitting it for them for free, the site manager then proceeded to argue with me on the fact the original fence was on my property. Just one example of how we have been looked after in the 11 months we have been here, location is great and sales team were a pleasure to deal with it's a pity the promised 5* after care is non existent. I have also had no joy with anyone above the site manager despite repeated attempts to contact them, please don't be fooled by the nice big 5* customer after care sign outside the sales office. Look else where. And my kitchen cupboard door has still not been replaced 11 months later.... Read more
