I am really happy that I chose Your Move Dalkeith. It's my local agency and I always try to use local services. Everyone that works there is so friendly and reliable. I was walked through the whole process of selling my own property, buying a new one while also dealing with a mortgage. They arranged everything for me - home report, solicitors, mortgage adviser, viewings, selling and buying. It all happened smoothly and quickly. Feel as if we have been taken for a ride with this company. Initially went in to the office to check out a property on display. After viewing 3 properties and putting in notes of interest and offers and getting nowhere it was suggested it may be because our house wasn’t yet on the market. Our house was then assessed and price discussed and we went ahead with home report and photos to put it on the market. Within a couple of days we had a viewer (this viewer told me they were looking at homes to buy but had two properties to sell first) following week the same couple came around for a second viewing, when questioned by us they said they weren’t in a position to buy yet! I had already told the agent this couple weren’t in a position to purchase! A few weeks later, no more viewings so we’re asked to reduce the asking price slightly to bring the property back to top of the list, which we did. Not another viewer and we have decided to take it back off the market. I would not recommend this company to sell my property- I blame myself for not checking them out fully prior to agreeing to let them try and sell our home.... Read more
