My property was marketed at n unrealistic price due to incomplete works and should never of been marketed until these works were completed to reach the value Miller Metcalfe marketed my property for.
My property has been reduced substantially over a few years recommended by Millers. The advertised value at current is £850,000. I have accepted a sale of £750,000.
This is due to Miller Metcalfe saying it’s a fair offer and I have an out order stating I must accept a reasonable offer in my divorce proceedings. I believe Miller Metcalfe have caused damage to the value of my home and should never of agreed to market my property at the original first value.
I have suffered substantial financial losses due to how they have proceeded forward with the sale of my property.
