Well I nearly didn’t go with them but so glad I did. They have been incredibly friendly yet also very professional. The photos and write-up were just brilliant. Beyond my expectations. They always have time for me on the phone. I feel they understood my position and were not pushy, but patient and took joy in my very fast sale. They seem to run that office like a machine. This is my 6th time moving house and this is (so far, and u have no doubt it will continue), by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. They are absolutely on the ball, keep me informed, and despite being exceptionally busy - so organised. I can’t recommend them highly enough - they’ve totally nailed this process!

After a few weeks we had multiple viewings, leading to a sale. Previous EA's hadn't even managed to get a viewing. Good communication during the process.

Did sell the property but very over priced for the work they do. But then the whole industry is. Confusing communication post sale.

They sent people to view my property who didn't even have their home up for sale yet, people in no position to offer most viewings were a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend Miller Metcalfe. My ex partner bought my share of house in the end
