Matt Cannon and his team in Cirecester did a great job both in selling our house and helping us to buy our next one. Their service is efficient and unobtrusive - not for them the hard sell and aggressive tactics of some other agents. We found then to be a pleasure to work with both as client and buyer. I would definitely recommend them again.

I contacted this Estate Agent ‘four’ times to arrange a viewing, 3 by their online platform & once via telephone, (to which I was notified I would receive a call).
Zero response, not even a courtesy call.. extremely unprofessional.
I’m now in the process of contacting the owner of the property themselves to inform them.

We've done a lot of moves in different parts of the country in the past twenty-five years and purchasing through Moore Allen and Innocent was by far the best experience. Excellent and consistent 'can do' attitude from Matt, Theresa and Jamie plus that all important X-factor: a sense of humour. Couldn't fault them.

Matt and Hollie helped secure the sale of our dilapidated property recently. They were very helpful, their communication with us was very good and they managed the sale very efficiently. They are nice during your tenancy but terrible at the end of tenancy. No replies on emails when your asking a question, 2 months to return deposit, your clearly forgotten about as your no longer a source of income. And if you ring to speak to someone she is rude and talks down to you. Judging by other reviews this happens to most renters at the end of tenancy, for that reason I would avoid using them again.

For a company as large as this they have a absolutely terrible website. It's slow, clunky and most of the time doesn't work at all. They must be losing potential buyers who aren't able to access the information they require.
The service you receive on the phone isn't much better. They take a long time to call you back and emails containing information promised never seem to materialise.
