Avoid at all costs. Worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude, unhelpful. Due to the amount and severity of issues faced with them, I will be reporting them to ARLA

When selling your family home you look to an agent to provide expertise in guiding you on pricing, suggestions on how to best show your home, bring it to the notice of real buyers, qualify the offers and manage the process through to completion. MA&I performed really well with a strong personal touch. All you could ask for.

I can't tell you how many times we received a progress update from them before our own solicitors called with an update. Buying a new home using the services of Moore Allen and Innocent has been a hassle free experience. The team are all extremely warm,friendly and approachable. Jenny facilitated our initial viewing with enthusiasm and energy, whilst Lynda took the reins and walked us through the next process seamlessly. Through no fault of Moore Allen, we hit some hurdles along the way, however, thanks to the diligence of Lynda, we were able to find a solution in a timely fashion. Both ladies are fabulous ambassadors to this business, providing exemplary customer service, underpinned with a high level of professionalism and drive.

Dodgiest agents in the Cotswolds! Avoid at all costs.
Reasons being:
- initially being told to live at a friends house 2 hours away as the check out to check in could not be done in 4 days
- received the inventory stating it was a partly furnished apartment (is an unfinished and Uncleaned annexe house)
- received a confidential deceased estate report with names and addresses of the benefactors and their share (the owner refused to reply to my complaint). I’ve had to lodge a complaint to the body that ensures the Data Protection Act is adhered to.
- them issuing a 6 month end of tenancy letter in an aggressive and intimidating manner (not left in the marked letterbox but taped to my front door). As well as being emailed.
When I attended to get to the bottom of it, Nancy and Lorraine both evaded my simple questions and an aggressive man asked me to leave.
Tenants and owners; avoid at all costs.
I’ve been an agent for 2- years and have quizzed local agents, and this is the first anyone has heard of to tape a 6 month notice to the door. This is the type of agent that gives agents a bad name.
I’ve given 1/5 as I can’t select -3/5.

I've recently bought and sold through Moore Allen in Lechlade. They understand how stressful the process of buying/selling a property can be and have a dedicated sales progressor. In all my previous sales and purchases I got stressed chasing solicitors and buyers/vendors as that is a time consuming activity and I often found it difficult to get a straight answer. The dedicated sales progressor, Lynda Larner, is professional, friendly, always available to take this load off their clients, keep in touch with all parties involved and provide a clear channel of communication to ensure that everybody knows what is happening. It made the whole process much easier.

A fantastic team who handled my mother's property sale recently in the most friendly, efficient and professional manner and I would certainly recommend this Agent to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. Lynda Larner was especially helpful in keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale, and was fantastic in dealing with various issues and problems that cropped up along the way. She was responsible for keeping me sane during the whole process and her professionalism and communication skills have to be highly commended. First class service!

You'll be fine unless you have to deal with Lynda Larner in the after sales. She's terribly rude, abrupt and has an extremely unprofessional manner. Most of her phone calls left me in tears! It's a shame as everyone else I dealt with in the office was wonderful.
