Extremely dissapointed Enquired several times for properties no response Sent a copy to property ombudsman as its really unfair, you take the time out your day for queries whilst working and then get no reply I would go far as to say discriminatory behaviour as I'm of a BME background I have contacted the office and no one answers the phone or I simply get told the property is no longer available I again Enquired about a 2 bed property on meadow road, through houses for sale and let, yet again the same thing no response to my query I didn't bother calling this time! I can see it happening may be once but 3 times in a row says it all and what I had originally stated has to be ot there is no other explanation for the lack of response and treatment!!... Read more

I’ve been listing my rental property with Perry Bishop for 3 years (through a recent merger after they bought another local estate agency). Thankfully they kept all staff across the merger and it’s been a smooth and easy transition. My lettings contact, Emily Sedgewick, is always quick to respond and friendly and polite - both to me and the managing company who look after the flat. Any issues are always flagged early and dealt with transparently and efficiently. Thanks to the benevolent, selfless and genuine help and work from Cathy Sinnott at Perry Bishop, we’ve been able to find not only a house, but a true and perfect home. Through multiple viewings, emails, and phone calls, Cathy and Perry Bishop have worked nonstop to answer our questions, find us multiple options and get us in the right position to make an offer on the letting we fell in love with. Without Cathy and Perry Bishop, I can confidently say that we would not have yet found a house. Her welcoming and personable energy made us feel accepted and welcomed right away. This lot used to be Cirencester Sales and Lettings. It must be said that a more professional, communicative and helpful team you will struggle to find in the sometimes murky world of letting agents. Bev and Emily are super-helpful and made negotiating, onboarding and contract exit at the end of the term very easy indeed.
