Ash and the team have made the process of changing agents mid tenancy an absolute breeze. Ash organised a teams call with us so he could explain the process and we could ask any questions. He met with the current tenant to do the same with her. He communicated directly with the old managing agent so it was entirely stress free for me. First rent payment was in my account the same day it was paid my the tenant (I would wait 5-7 days with previous agent) and the statement followed closely behind. From the very first viewing, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding the perfect property for me. (Big thanks especially to Ali and Ashley!) The entire process, from application to moving in, was smooth and stress-free. Communication is always clear and prompt with any queries or concerns I have being addressed swiftly. Emails are always answered within a couple of hours and the team are always on the end of the phone for emergencies. Moovahome estate agents deserve the highest recommendation possible. Some companies claim to ‘go the extra mile’ for customers. Moovahome does this, and more. We felt supported and looked after throughout the entire process. Despite us moving over 200 miles, Ashley made it stress free. The service is so friendly, and very cooperative. Absolute Thieves I was let a 2 bed furnished flat I told them before moving in I have my own mattresses so don't the ones already there. We agree I could despose of the existing ones and keep my own. Replacing them to the cost of the landlord at the end of my tenancy, that day rolls around and guess who's being charged £320 for two new mattresses not the landlord and not the agent, me . Also being charged for a covid safe clean when the dirty sods didn't even remove the used douches from the bathrooms for my move in. Don't use them just got a rental through Mcfarlane so much better. Would recommend anyone over these clowns. Don't even deserve the one star.... Read more

Never ever again. Dealing with this agency has put me through a lot of stress. The property we rented gave us grief - on our very first day at the property the pipe under the sink was shooting water all over the floor. We informed the agency about this and made us wait for a good few days before sending a plumber. Then the boiler stopped working resulting in us not having a shower or heating for a few days. Bear in mind we have kids in the property. Now that we have moved out of the house and spent all that money making it look nicer than what it was - they still find stupid things to charge you with.... Read more

My experiences of Ashley Cain, the Proprietor, were that he was given the responsibility to let out my house, a 2 bedroom terrace with a tiny boxroom, which at the time was on the exact same street as his business, then called ATC Lettings. Instead of a family or couple he filled the house with at least 4 adults, who appeared to be foreigners paying bedsit rates of about £5 a day. He then got welfare tenants in via Swindon council and then later through his agency. I did not want these types of tenants and to be candid, my property took a lot of damage. Neither Cain's agency nor the tenants could be bothered to sweep the leaves over the drain leading to flooding. The sofas were broken. A locked outside shelter had the lock removed and was filled with rubbish. Beds were broken. The insides were filthy. There were hundreds of letters from companies and schools wanting money or attendance. It is my view that Cain sees himself as a kind of social landlord, willing to let anyone in to your property and unless things have changed few checks are made. I regret working with him.... Avoid!! Money hungry agency who are pleasant when you’re a tenant but soon as you leave they can turn horrible. I’ve lived in one of their rooms for over 2 years and never been a problem to housemates or agents. In my time there, the agency changed once and also changed their name twice, surely that was a warning as if they have something to hide! I lived with wonderful housemates but we had to deal with so many horrors while living at the property wether it be cleaners not regularly attending, spotting mice on more than a few occasions or having a nest of flies in the house (and I mean thousands). I’ve never left a review for anything but I feel on how I’ve been mistreated it’s only right I warn others, so anyway I left the house and got an email from a woman who works for the agency stating they are charging me £15 pounds for the removal of dust.. yes DUST left in the room, now I don’t mind £15 it’s not much but I was more annoyed that they asked me to pay for a cleaner when they normally go and send a cleaner in the rooms for an end of tenancy clean anyway.. but anyway this went back and forth quiet a bit and we settled on a £10 cleaning bill because they were getting really petty about things, when I received an email about my deposit releasing they submitted a form for the reduction of £15 instead which again we had to go back and forth on. They’re a money hungry agency who will do the bare minimum and when you’re not filling their pockets anymore they take money from you.... Read more
