At the start they were fantastic. Giving us advice on the value to market at was poor and we ended up Going with my recommendation. Negotiation with offers was terrible. Overall I was really disappointed and left wondering why I am paying them a fee. I felt like no one wanted to work for my sale - just take the first offer.
