Home Finders Sales Department was established in 2021, we have an excellent team of experienced agents with over 120 years working in the industry between us.
Our desire is to obtain the best possible price for our vendors property and in a timeline that suits.

After inviting 6 local agents to the house to appraise and value our property
Nick from Home finders came out on top for us. He was interested in what we had done to the house, and recognised its potential being on a large corner plot. He also lived a short distance from our house so had great local knowledge .
We found the valuations variable between the agents. As we wanted to use a strategy range to achieve what we believed the property was worth .Many other agents wanted to play safe in order to get a 'Certain sale', some 15 to 20 k lower, which was good for them but not necessarily ourselves . We achieved the best price we possibly could on a near offer basis as we weren't looking for the asking price in the first instance. We just needed an agent who was flexible enough to work with us in this regard.
Home finders arranged viewings ,always giving us formal notice which was very handy in order that we could tidy and make sure everything was in its place.
We got a formal offer on the property on a subject to contract basis which we were happy with in a little under 4 weeks.
All the team at Home finders that i personally dealt with were very professional and effective ,and just get on with the job of selling your house . Obviously there is always a little luck involved as you need to find someone who loves your home as much as you do. So its really about getting the right people through the front door initially, Which Home finders were able to do.

Swindon Homefinders have been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. From initially visiting the property to taking photos and putting it on the market, to conducting viewings resulting in an asking price offer. Throughout the conveyancing process they kept on top of chasing the relevant parties and regularly kept me up to date on progress. Even with a lengthy delay further along the chain they ensured that I received at least weekly updates which put my mind at rest through a stressful time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Swindon area.

Superb service from start to new tenants moving in. Moved from a national chain who's service model was disjointed to say the least. SHF are a breath of fresh air, getting my properties back to a good standard with great suppliers, keeping me up to date at all times and finding new tenants. Highly recommend them.
