I am outraged by this "agency". For two weeks I have been trying to get an appointment for a viewing for Fanstones Road, and they always cancel it for me. I have an inspection of a property from their agency where the agent was very haughty. I have no idea how people trust them. Separately, today, August 13, I received an email to organize an appointment for another property, which, if you notice, has been available since July 10. I'm also shocked by the fee which they want supposedly for a document check, which is not subject to return if you do not pass this check. Beware of this agency. A shame!!!

After inviting 6 local agents to the house to appraise and value our property
Nick from Home finders came out on top for us. He was interested in what we had done to the house, and recognised its potential being on a large corner plot. He also lived a short distance from our house so had great local knowledge .
We found the valuations variable between the agents. As we wanted to use a strategy range to achieve what we believed the property was worth .Many other agents wanted to play safe in order to get a 'Certain sale', some 15 to 20 k lower, which was good for them but not necessarily ourselves . We achieved the best price we possibly could on a near offer basis as we weren't looking for the asking price in the first instance. We just needed an agent who was flexible enough to work with us in this regard.
Home finders arranged viewings ,always giving us formal notice which was very handy in order that we could tidy and make sure everything was in its place.
We got a formal offer on the property on a subject to contract basis which we were happy with in a little under 4 weeks.
All the team at Home finders that i personally dealt with were very professional and effective ,and just get on with the job of selling your house . Obviously there is always a little luck involved as you need to find someone who loves your home as much as you do. So its really about getting the right people through the front door initially, Which Home finders were able to do.

Andrew and the whole of Home Finders team have been outstanding from start to finish .
Andrew was the first person we met whilst on a viewing , he was very friendly, professional and full of advice . Although this Property wasnt what we was looking for Andrew quickly knew a property which ticked all our boxes and was due to come onto the market and as soon as we viewed it we feel in love.
Andrew was very efficient and organised when it came to getting our market on the market quickly, so we could secure a sale and put us in a strong positon to proceed with our dream home . He reassured us and kept us in the loop the whole time and within a few days our property was listed with some amazing photos taken by Su. We had a lot of interest right away and an open day was quickly arranged to get us a quick sale with great offers. Tim who undertook our viewings was very friendly yet professional, with a busy open day and lots of people in and out he respected our property and took great care ,by make people take their shoes off etc as it was a wet , muddy day this was very important to us as it was newly renovated and still our home where we was living .
Following our successful sale, Andrew helped us secure our Dream home and we finally had an offer accepted ! This was one of the happy moments for myself and my Husband who was very emotional invested at this point.
The sale wasnt all straight forward with issues with the Mortgage and work needing to be completed on the Property , however the whole of the Home finders team have been amazing with keeping us up to date , advicing and most importantly reassuring us through the whole process, they have gone above and beyond and nothing has been to much trouble . We had regular phone calls/emails ever if nothing to update to see how things were and if we needed anything , Mike was excellent at checking in and communication with us. He did a great good managing our sale and purchase right to the very end of completion.
When we hit a road block with the mortgage Su was straight on Hand , reassuring and advising us on the next step , with out her we would have given in on our dream home as things was very stressful and we wasnt getting any where . Her professional advice and knowledge and her being able to help corresponde with the bank really helped get us the answers we needed and we are forever grateful .
Writing this review sat in our new home , we can not express our gratitude enough for the kindness, professionalism, efficiency and knowledge off all the Home FInders team, we are so over the moon and happy to make new memories and hopefully one day raise our family here.
We hadnt heard of this company before and it was by chance we met Andrew at a viewing , but we would 100% recommend all our family and friends to use this Agency, and cannot fault the service recieved at all !

My experience with Home Finders has been very positive. The team go the extra mile to help and sort out the issue. The portal to report problems is straightforward and they get back to you with a solution very quickly. for general enquiries, portfolio managers were available and replied to my emails without any delay.
I really appreciate the help from the team on the day we had an emergency callout for keys as the door latched closed while cleaning the porch. (Mobile and keys inside the house) And a 4-year-old on his own in-house. I was at work 1 hour away and my wife called the team using a neighbour's help. Home finders responded to the call very quickly and let my wife back in the house. They didn't charge me for the callout and everything was done in good faith.

I own a property which Swindon Home Finders (mis)manage. I have had a series of vastly inflated invoices for repairs. £252 to fix a toilet which was eventually carried out for £75! They may be great for tenants but certainly do not look after property owners. They need to do better and manage the properties they rent or they will lose their asset. They need to remember that their business collapses without properties to rent.
