I'd always heard that Morgans were the most arrogant in town, but what they've just done has blown my mind. After another local estate agent removed a listing they had, after I'd supplied them with evidence of a live tenancy, Morgans later advertised the property. Again, I supplied them with all evidence, including paperwork that shows the owner and property are subject to tribunal hearing. The owner and staff at Morgans decided to ignore the facts I'd kindly supplied them and sell the house regardless, putting a closing date on it very soon after advertising for well below market value, For a very quick sale. Added to the above, the house was listed as having flooring and blinds included. Flooring and blinds which belong to me. Once the house sold, Morgans banned me from their FB page, so as no one could see what they'd done. Avoid this company and use one of the other fantastic local estate agents. 7 Plover Crescent, was sold whilst it was subject to FTT hearing for illegal eviction.... Read more

Absolutely the worst agency I have ever been in contact with. Response time to emails: two to four weeks. Offer given to purchase a house on 25 September, offer accepted on 9 October. On learning that the seller had a probate process to complete afterwards, a revised offer was given on 9 November which was responded to on 6 December!! We lost 2,5 months in a process that was supposed to end in 4-5 weeks.... Read more

Not impressed. I was due to view a property this afternoon and Morgans (Adam) left it to just over an hour before the appointment time to cancel. No word of apology in either his abrupt voicemail or VERY abrupt email. Comes across as extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be dealing with Morgans in future.... Read more
