We found Colin to be extremely professional in his approach to selling the houses we looked at. He provided honest information when asked and set the homes up to be a pleasure to look around. We viewed houses on a Saturday morning and late one evening he was there doing the viewing when on a lot of occasions with other estate agents the home owner is expected to conduct the viewing out of office hours. From a buyers perspective we could not fault Amazing Results estate agents and if we decide to sell a house in the future would look to ask them to market and sell our home.

Because she is based locally we were able to meet Myfanwy at short notice, prior to us returning home to the South of England. From that point on she kept us well informed of progress and provided sound advise on the best way to proceed at each stage.

Myfanwy.... where to start....
1st viewing left us waiting 30mins as she had confirmed viewing in the morning and then forgot about us come 11am.
When arrived she needed to know who was who and what relations we had. We avoided to tell her as everyone around us that she refused entry to an other gay couple for a viewing. Yes we are a gay couple.... bad points already. You could feel she did not want us to get the house. Our solicitor is absolutely shocked of the way she has dealt with handling our offer. We are looking into this and if needed will be taking this future. I do not recommend this company as it is definitely not Amazing results at all. Myfanwy now is avoiding responding back to our communication.

We first met Colin when we bought our house, as he was the selling agent for the previous owners. Now nearly 5 years on we chose him to sell it again as we felt he had the knowledge of the property from previously marketing it. It is not often that sellers on the island use agents from the mainland but Colin was our main choice when we decided to relocate back to the mainland. We haven’t been disappointed. AR and especially Colin have been fantastic, with regular weekly updates on progress and arranging viewings with us. The downturn in the economy was a bit of a hassle but Colin kept us hopeful with his good humour and professionalism, eventually securing an offer on our property. He is still keeping us up to date on the progress of the sale and we are thankful to him and his team for the service they have provided. Before I knew it the process had all been thoroughly explained to me. Only two days after the advert appeared about ten prospective buyers had been lined up.
Kevin dealt with all the viewers. The third person to view it was very interested and put in an acceptable offer.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and kindness from Myfanwy. She went out of her way throughout the purchase of a remote property. She made extra visits to the property for additional video tours, photos, extra measurements and taking people there for me. She responded to emails promptly including out of hours. She had all the right connections in the area for anything I needed. I asked a good friend who worked previously for remix who was best to sell my house Kevin Jenkins was his first response.I had never heard of amazing results so was a little apprehensive. Kevin proved to have a pleasant ,friendly, polite and professional manner and being in this line of work for 30years had a substantial understanding of the business and wide variety of contacts.He assed the property found the right surveyor to value the property and organised for a solicitor to deal with the sale efficiently at a reasonable price.Pictures were taken and posted on all major sites on the internet, there was a small extra cost where furniture could be digitally placed in rooms so buyers had an idea of how it would look when furnished.A couple of small issues on the survey were rectified and receipts sent to Kevin so buyers had comprehensive update.Kevin did all viewing to suit potential buyers informing me of when , and their response to the property when they left.Followed up all leads, phoned and contacted every one interested.he gave weekly reports on how many people had viewed on the website and keep in contact with potential buyers.I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone thinking of feeling there house.

Well, what can i say. We lived in Yorkshire and planned a move to the highlands of Scotland so knew the system was quite different. I asked for details on a particular house and actually Myfanwy rang me. We had a lovely reassuring chat about the purchase and possibilities and agreed a viewing that weekend. we traveled 8 1/2 hours to meet Myfanwy who actually couldn't do enough for us. it turned out the house was not suitable for us and we were disappointed. On the journey back home Myfanwy again rang me to inform me of another house in the area that was about to be listed. We got the details in the next few days and again made that journey. Myfanwy went above and beyond helping us including at one point measuring the space in the kitchen for the cooker. She was truly amazing and we loved dealing with her.
