Suzanne and Eilidh were always available to help, whether by text message, email, or phone call, and they kept us updated every step of the way. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Overall, the experience was both professional and personal, with me feeling well supported from start to finish. They both demonstrated their vast knowledge with the ever changing market which ultimately lead to an acceptable offer on my property.

The property assessor (Peter) was very professional and gave a realistic but accurate assessment of what we might achieve from a sale. The office staff (Ann and Louise) were also very professional but friendly and also responsive to my questions. Overall I could not recommend this team highly enough, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I found all members of Staff at this branch of Your Move to be helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. David Fotheringham, their Letting Manager, was exceptional. David found the ideal property for us to rent. He made himself available for us and insured our calls were returned promptly. David was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and concisely. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a property, or indeed rent one. Well done to all, especially David.- 20th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)--- ?????????? We had a great experience with Slater Hogg & Howison in Glenrothes. Scott came out to value our home and was honest, realistic, and clear in his advice, which we really appreciated. Anna Kaylin and Lindsey were also fantastic—friendly, supportive, and always ready with sound guidance throughout the process. Lindsey gave us sound advice when we hit a snag with our buyer and this advice was spot on. Their professionalism and approachability made everything feel straightforward and stress free.

25th Apr 2019 (7 years ago)Went in to enquire about the area as a potential place to move to and the staff were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Fantastic service from every member of Staff .Very professional and prompt service with loads of help and guidance through the process .With special mention to Stewart who did an amazing job with the work needing done to get the house on the market .The photography was brilliant and Stewarts video was simply amazing. Alison also has done a great job for us keeping us up to date and Caroline for organizing all the viewings .Thank you all so much for the present of your fantastic new home gift box . Very efficient service .

From our initial offer right through to collecting the keys, Lynsey was professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. Throughout the process she kept us informed, replied promptly to our questions and always took the time to explain matters clearly, giving us confidence at every stage of what was a completely new experience for us. What impressed us most was her proactive approach. Whenever an issue arose, whether it was title enquiries, property alterations or coordinating with the seller’s solicitors, Lynsey was always one step ahead and focused on finding practical solutions while keeping the transaction progressing smoothly. Buying your first home can be a daunting experience, but Lynsey made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed. We always felt that our interests were being protected and that we were receiving clear, honest advice. It’s also worth mentioning that this wasn’t our family’s first experience with Lynsey. As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

Being new landlord's, we thought we would compare and try someone else for our 2nd property, it all went horribly wrong and was rather stressful, but thankfully we were able to return to Scott (with our tail between our legs) who has yet again found a tenant and taken all the stress away from us. Cannot recommend Scott and Home Sweet Home highly enough for lettings. They are approachable , professional and as we found out, very forgiving! They communicate all the way through the process, prompting us where necessary. Lesson learnt for us, we won’t go anywhere else now

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and she was always there to answer any questions we had regarding the processes. We feel Sophie is an absolute asset to the Glenrothes branch.
