We recently sold our home and purchased our new one through Savills in Stamford. From valuation to completion we were delighted with the service we received. They pitched the asking price well and achieved it. This incidentally was £150k more that the valuation we received from one of their main local competitors. We were kept well informed throughout the whole process and felt that they were genuinely invested in achieving a successful outcome. Special thanks go to Charlotte who was always there to answer our queries and to liaise with the interested parties, Sue on the front desk, Carol who took care of viewings and James who oversaw the whole transaction.
