I feel that their customer care is terrible and we have been treated like an inconvenience because we have had many problems with our new home, as if it's our fault and poor them having to deal with it, never mind we spent a lot of money to buy the property and have to live with the problems. When things are eventually fixed, the same problems reoccur because they replace it with the same spec that caused the problem, e.g. taps that break, radiator rusting etc..... Same goes back in... same happens again.
