I have been living in property rented through Move Prop Lettings for over two months now and i could not be more satisfied, Shaynan and the agency are very approachable always willing to help and did not dismiss me like every other agency right away offering me options and helping hand to make sure i have possibility of renting the property. Since it was my first time renting a house i have been thoroughly walked through the process and even after that i am still in contact with the agent about any questions i might have. Any problem that surfaced is being addressed and taken care of as soon as possible. If i could give the agency 10 stars i would. I have used Move Prop for a couple of years now as a letting agent and have been more than happy. We spend a lot of time away so having an active trustworthy agent is hugely important. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they were recommended to me by a good friend. We have used larger agents before but always end up talking to a different person who is usually unaware of who we are or anything about the property so every call becomes an education.
